Civil Project Manager (Arabic Speaker)

Job description / Role

A leading organization in the construction and infrastructure industry is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project lifecycle operations, from excavation to final handover. This role requires deep technical understanding, leadership capability, and strong coordination with multidisciplinary teams including MEP, structural, and architectural units.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all civil construction activities from initial excavation to project handover.
• Oversee planning, execution, quality control, and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, and architectural teams for seamless project integration.
• Ensure compliance with ADM, DM, Civil Defense, and all relevant UAE engineering standards.
• Drive adherence to project schedules, cost controls, and safety standards.
• Present project updates and reports to senior management.

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

• Arab National (Levant preferred) - to attain diversity in the team and as per their client's requirements
• Strong leadership in large-scale civil projects.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE standards, authority approvals, and regulatory processes.
• Ability to manage complex construction workflows and resolve site challenges effectively.
