Civil QA/QC Engineer

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dedicated Civil QA/QC Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of all civil engineering projects, contributing to the successful delivery of high-standard infrastructure developments within the UAE.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control plans for civil construction projects.
- Monitor and inspect project activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of materials, workmanship, and construction processes.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation for quality records.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to review drawings and specifications for quality control purposes.
- Ensure all work adheres to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to field staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

Experience: 7–12Years

- ADNOC project experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, MIRs & inspections
- Experience in civil works, concrete, structural & finishing activities
- Familiar with ADNOC standards, HSE & documentation requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer in civil construction projects, preferably in the UAE.
- Comprehensive knowledge of quality standards, construction codes, and inspection methods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
