Job Description:
- Prepare cost planning and cost Estimates
- Handle pre & post contract calculations, quantity take-off and correspondence
- Prepare tender documents, addendum, analysis & negotiation & prepare the cost budgets and prices for contract variations
- Monitor the project cost and preparation of cost reports
- Propose the preliminary concept and estimated cost of the project, exercise skill, care, and diligence.

Position Title: Civil Quantity Surveyor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 30K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
An emerging real estate development company specializing in high-rise residential towers across the UAE.

Qualifications:
- Open to Asian nationalities
- A graduate of Masters/Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Quantity Surveying
- Must have Engineering consultancy experience within GCC preferred
- At least 8 years of experience is mandatory with 2 years in Dubai for high rise towers.
