Civil Roadworks Foreman

Job description / Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Roadworks Foreman to lead and supervise road construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing roadworks teams to deliver high-quality, timely results in compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the roadworks construction team on site.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor progress and report to project managers on timelines, workforce, and material usage.
- Train and guide crew members to improve efficiency and craftsmanship.
- Manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.
- Inspect work quality and address any issues or defects promptly.
- Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to resolve site challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Ensure all team members follow site safety procedures and standards.

• Experience in infrastructure works DEWA, DUBAI MUNICIPALITY, RTA in Dubai
• Managing the site team and completing the works as per project requirement and targets
• 5 years experience as Assistant Foreman or Foreman role
• Minimum Higher Secondary
• Strong personality with good communication skills to manage his own crew
• English & Hindi language is a must
