Civil Roadworks General Foreman

Job description / Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Civil Roadworks General Foreman to lead and oversee road construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on site while managing teams and coordinating with project stakeholders to deliver outstanding road infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of civil roadworks crews on site.
- Ensure all construction works comply with design specifications, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
- Monitor project progress and communicate effectively with project managers and subcontractors.
- Manage resource allocation including manpower, equipment, and materials to optimize productivity.
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays to maintain project timelines.
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, incidents, and materials usage.
- Train and mentor junior staff and workers to enhance team performance and skill levels.

• Experience in road and infrastructure project in DUBAI
• Fully aware of road works and managing the site work and people
• 3 to 7 years of experience in the General Foreman role
• Any degree holder
• Strong personality with good communication skills to manage multiple projects, Foremen & their crew
• English & Hindi language is a must
