Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

Experience: 3–4 Years (UAE)

Driving License: Mandatory (UAE)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer with 3–4 years of UAE experience to manage and execute site activities for civil construction, fit-out, and facility management projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling site operations while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute day-to-day site activities in line with approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth site operations
• Ensure work execution complies with project schedules, quality standards, and HSE requirements
• Prepare daily progress reports and monitor work completion against targets
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and ensure timely approvals
• Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues
• Ensure proper material usage, manpower deployment, and site discipline
• Support facility management works including maintenance and minor modifications, when required

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant UAE experience
• Hands-on experience in civil construction, fit-out, and/or facility management projects
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of site execution, drawings, and coordination
• Strong communication and reporting skills

Preferred:

• Immediate availability
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Familiarity with local regulations and construction practices

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
