Apt Resources is seeking an experienced civil supervisor to join the team at a prestigious royal palace in Abu Dhabi. In this key role, you will oversee civil construction activities, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and aligns with the project specifications. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities at the royal palace site.
• Review and approve project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Monitor work progress and provide guidance to subcontractors and construction teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and labor hours.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Ensure that all work performed meets the aesthetic and functional requirements of the royal palace.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil supervision with marble polishing experience on-site installation and finishing of marble elements in construction projects.
• Strong understanding of civil construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Must have UAE driving license.

Benefits

Salary: AED 4500 plus shared accommodation, food, and other benefits as per UAE labor law.
