Civil Supervisor - Fit Out/ Furniture

Job description / Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee and manage all site-based civil and finishing works, ensuring that projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and extensive experience in interior fit-out and finishing works within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and control all civil and finishing activities on site, including gypsum partitions, false ceilings, plastering, screeding, tiling, marble works, waterproofing, and related tasks.
• Ensure that all works are carried out in compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily with subcontractors and in-house teams to maintain smooth workflow and proper sequencing of activities.
• Verify that adequate materials, tools, and manpower are available to meet daily and weekly project targets.
• Monitor workmanship quality, ensuring the highest finishing standards—particularly in luxury and high-end interior spaces.
• Collaborate closely with MEP and Joinery teams to ensure proper sequencing and alignment of works.
• Conduct regular site coordination meetings with subcontractors to address and resolve technical or logistical issues.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports, covering progress updates, material needs, and any identified delays or issues.

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out and finishing works (preferably within the UAE)
• Proven experience in supervising high-end interior or furniture-related projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Valid UAE driving license required.
• Must be flexible to work across various project sites within the UAE.
• Willing to work in Dubai.
