Civil Supervisor

Job description / Role

• All type of building finishers work.
• Gypsum partition, tile work, etc
• Overall coordination of work permits for Construction activities.
• Collect and review all work permits which are relevant to its discipline and allocated areas prior to the daily work permit meeting with the objective to ensure compliance with the work permit procedure.
• Perform preliminary site visit on work locations as required.
• Assess potential interference with other site activities.
• Ensure full familiarization with the work to be performed at site.
• Preparing and presenting site inductions, safety briefings and toolbox talks.
• Ensure and control that all the construction activities are conducted in compliance with the applicable HSE rules and the safe
• Operational working practices with respect to method of statement, PTW instructions and site HSE procedures.
• Visit working sites to follow-up the progress of activities and to track any change in the environment not foreseen during the work permit preparation.
• Ensure close coordination with Foreman and construction team.
• Ensure the safety of operations covered with PTW system in respect with HSE rules.
• All type of building finishers work.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years Experienced any internal company in GCC
• UAE driving license required.
• Provide full time on-site supervision.
• Schedule, monitor and supervise all subcontractor work quality and production levels to ensure the highest standards are achieved.
• Calculate, monitor and track all materials required for each project ensuring no overruns.
• Communicate and administer all Safety policies and conduct site safety meetings [Tool box talks].
• Preparing daily work report and weekly schedules.
