Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Civil Technician to join our facility management team. The ideal candidate should have experience in civil maintenance work and be able to handle day?to?day repair tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform civil maintenance tasks (plastering, painting, tiling, masonry, carpentry, etc.)
• Conduct routine inspections and identify repair needs
• Assist in preventive maintenance activities
• Ensure all work is completed safely and on time
• Support other maintenance teams when required

Benefits:
• Salary: 1500 AED
• Free room and transportation
• Company visa and other benefits as per UAE labor law

Requirements
• Previous experience as a Civil Technician (facility management preferred)
• Basic knowledge of civil repair tools and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ready to join immediately (preferred)

Salary:
AED 1,200 to 1,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Room + Transportation
