Employment: Full Time

We are working on behalf of a global leader within the Insurance sector, who are seeking an experienced Claims Analyst to join this fantastic company based in Dubai. The Group’s 4000+ employees provide services to over 50,000 clients across 160 countries worldwide.

Reporting directly to the Claims Director, your role will entail recording payment delays on a regular basis, following up on the status of ‘Notification of Overdue Accounts’ (NOA) and coordinating cross-functionally with the claims, collection and CRM teams. You will perform various reporting including ‘Loss Ratio’ (LR) and ‘Instantaneous Loss Ratio’ (ILR), prepare and maintain a track of new claims and recoveries and continuously communicate with different insurance partners to issue claim assessment related letters.

Salary:
AED 13,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

In order to be considered for this role, you will have a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn. It is compulsory that you have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus in Finance or Accounting. It is expected that candidates will have a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role within a claims or collection environment and have considerable knowledge of credit management practices with basic accountancy.

You will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to examine and interpret complex information from numerous sources. Fluency in English is also essential for this role.
