We are currently looking for Claims Manager responsible for supporting and advising Project Management Team on Contractual, Claims, and Disputes & Programming aspects. Job holder will be advising Project Management Team on risk control aspects, obligations, liabilities in respect of Main Contract and Subcontracts and oversee Commercial, Contractual, Cost Control and Procurement Personnel in ensuring optimum financial recovery against agreed financial targets and allocated Project Budgets.

Requirements

An ideal candidate must possesses knowledge of Commercial Management, Contract Admin, Claims / Dispute / Resolution & FIDIC with minimum 8 years managerial and/or technical experience in a similar role. Degree qualified with professional membership (CIArb/FCIOB) would be an added advantage.
