Claims Manager - Airport Project

Job description / Role

A specialist Claims Manager position on a major Airport project in the UAE has opened up with one of the regions largest Building Contractors.

Duties:
- Responsible for identifying delaying events.
- Coordinating events with construction, planning, sub-contract administration teams.
- Data gathering.
- Liaise with the TIA Delay Analysis Team in preparation of narrative & Time Impact Analysis.
- Prepare & submit delay notices in accordance with the Contract.
- Maintain delay register.
- Prepare financial claims in conjunction with the Cost Manager.
- Coordinate with Commercial team managers.
- Attend delay / claim meetings with the Engineer.

Requirements

- Major building projects experience.
- Contractor background.
- QS/Contracts/Claims Manager positions held throughout your career.
- Claims experience, delay, disruption, acceleration.
- Understand & able to read Primavera critical path programmes.
- Team player.
- Excellent English spoken/written
- Able to integrate with various nationalities.
