Some job responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:
-Processing of medical claims
-Researching billing discrepancies
-Resubmitting claims to third party carriers
-Reviewing transferred claims
-Reporting non-payment issues
-Contacting clients to update personal information
-Entering and uploading details of all claims processed.
-Degree qualified Nurse/Pharmacist/Physical therapy, with medical experience - not necessarily MOH/DOH registered
-Experience with third party billing with customer service/administration in the medical insurance industry preferred
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
-Proficiency in MS Office skills, mainly MS Word and Excel.
-Strong Flexible in working hours -- able to put in extra hours when needed.
-Positive attitude, proactive and must be able to work on own initiative.
