Job description / Role

Leading Destination Management based in Dubai is looking for Office Boy who can join immediately.

Main Job Responsibilities:
• Clean the office at the start of the day.
• Welcoming visitors
• Preparing Coffee & Tea for Staff & Visitors.
• Organize and control kitchen and office material storage, keeping track of material consumption
• Answers the telephone if necessary.
• Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
• Distribute/deliver mails, correspondences, documents, and others to the person's concern.
• Assisting office staff as requested.

Salary:
AED 2,000 to 2,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Must have minimum 2+ year’s relevant experience as Office boy
• Good communication skills in English.
• Jolly and trustworthy personality.
• Any educational qualification is preferred
• Can join immediately
• Asian Nationalities (Nepal, Sri Lankan, Indonesian and others)
