Job description / Role
Our client, a well-known Facilities Management is currently recruiting for Cleaning Coordinator to be based in Al Ain.
Your responsibilities would include but not limited to:
• Ensure cleaning service is carried out in accordance with the output specification achieving quality cleaning standards as specified in the Project Agreement.
• Ensure window cleaning performed by outsourced team is as per the schedule, safety requirements and in accordance to window cleaning output specification.
• Able to use own initiative in ensuring all areas are monitored and daily evaluate Contractor’s performance using Quality Control Checklists (QCC) and its relative Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to determine service delivery.
• Ensure all subcontracted cleaning staff is performing to the quality standard.
• Ensure all machinery and equipment used for performing cleaning tasks are fit for purpose, in sound working order and are periodically tested for electrical safety (Portable Appliance testing-PAT).
Requirements
• Full and comprehensive understanding of the English language (oral & written).
• 5 years and above experience in Cleaning Industry.
• Supervisory level / experience is Compulsory.
• High Level of Knowledge in window cleaning.
• Willing to be based in Al Ain.
• Ability to work in various shifts patterns and weekend when required.
