Position Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
One of the rapidly growing facility service providers in Dubai, delivering tailored solutions in food safety, catering, and cleaning, while ensuring compliance and excellence across healthcare and commercial sectors.

Job Description:
• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure quality standards across assigned sites.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and training on cleaning procedures, equipment uses, and safety.
• Manage attendance, performance, discipline, and maintain inventory of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Handle client coordination, resolve service issues, and maintain required logs, checklists, and documentation.

• Open to Asian and Arabic nationals, 40 years below
• At least 4 years of experience in cleaning management/supervision.
• Extensive knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, chemicals, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Prior experience in handling a team of 8-25 members.

Salary:
AED 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
