Position Title: Client Account Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus travel allowance and yearly airfare

About the Client:
A well-established preferred logistics service provider for customers from diverse industries
Job Description:
• Internally coordinate with Accounts, Transportation, C&F, PRO, Customer Service section to ensure that smooth services are provided to clients
• Create and continually update the policies and procedures on Import & Export activities covering the whole business cycle
• Act as a single point of contact to clients providing end-to-end solutions through effective coordination internally within the company and externally with all the applicable parties
• Timely update all the business details from the beginning till end into FRESA system to enable to extract the necessary client updates
• Liaise with various clients and vendors and ensure their satisfaction and timely receipt and payment done in line with the agreed credit terms
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to any nationality
• 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or related field
• At least 5 years of work experience in end-to-end client account management
• Knowledge in MS Office, FRESA, and logistics management software is a plus
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
