Position Title: Client Account Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A well-established logistics service provider based in Dubai specializing in freight forwarding
Job Role:
- Coordinate with Accounts, Transportation Team, C & F team, to ensure that smooth services are provided to clients from invoices, SOAs, and strong collections are done in a timely manner
- Collect invoices from outsourced transport vendor/shipping lines through email/web login
- Coordinate with the Transport and Sea Freight team for job and FRESA related updates
- Responsible for the job audit to ensure that all shipments are billed to customers on time
- Responsible for one day prior Original BL collection process & payment request process initiated in Accounts according to customer requirement and agreed terms
Requirements
Requirements:
- 35 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree on Logistics related courses/corporate/business management
- At least 2 years of experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding
- Must have Freight Forwarding/Shipping services experience as Client Relations/Customer Service/Account Manager
