Job description / Role
• Qualify inbound leads based on CBI/RBI requirements and company’s standards.
• Provide prospective clients with the consultation they need to decide on the best program.
• Negotiate quotation/fees with the clients.
• Prepare official contract accordingly and get it signed by both the client and management.
• Ensure that all required documents, data, and information are properly updated in CRM System as per the company’s procedures.
• Coordinate with finance department for sending invoices, track payments…etc.
• Coordinate with the operation team for the required documents and assist in communicating the same to the client if needed.
• Approach existing clients to ensure they are satisfied and generate new business through referrals.
• Travel regularly to offices in Nigeria and/or other countries as per management’s advice to maintain relationship with existing clients and prospect new clients.
• Report market observation in those countries to management with recommendations to grow the company’s market share.
• Attend weekly sales meeting and team training sessions.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Sales and/or Clients Relations experience preferably in banking, insurance, financial services.
• Bachelor's Degree or Higher
