Client Advisor

Job description / Role

Quest Search and Selection is partnering with an international luxury sports equipment brand in Dubai.

We are looking for a responsible, highly motivated Client Advisor with a genuine interest in the brand and a real passion for sport and wellness.

Responsibilities of this role:
• As an in-store Client Advisor, you will act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering an excellent in-store experience to our customer
• Drive store performance by consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Leverage deep product knowledge to deliver exceptional, memorable customer experiences.
• Proactively attract new customers and nurture existing relationships to generate fresh business opportunities.
• Represent the brand at design events and trade shows, collecting and converting high-quality leads.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction for both the client and the company.
• Keep CRM records up to date, maintain impeccable store standards in line with brand guidelines, and collaborate across
all sales channels to streamline the omni-channel customer journey.

• Over 3 years of experience as a Sales Assistant in luxury retail, with a strong focus on business development.
• Demonstrated aptitude for selling and driving revenue growth.
• Skilled in building, cultivating, and leveraging professional networks through key relationships and local marketing/media
insights.
• Proficient at mastering store operational systems such as Salesforce and SAP.
• Fluency in Arabic or Russian is a significant advantage.
