Employment: Full Time

My client a well-known corporate services provider is looking to hire a Front of House professional to join its Customer Experience team in Dubai. Here you will be the first point of contact to clients and create an outstanding experience to anyone visiting the prestigious offices.

Responsibilities will include:

* Greeting visitors and providing them with general information about the company’s products or services
* First point of contact for VIP guests ensuring a positive and memorable experience
* Answering phones and greeting visitors in a professional manner
* Coordinating meetings with senior business leaders
* Scheduling meetings with clients or other individuals on the senior management
* Checking in guests who have scheduled appointments with company executives or clients
* Maintaining calendars for all executives in the company, ensuring that meetings are scheduled appropriately and that all parties are aware of upcoming events
* Providing amazing customer service, including responding to requests for information about products or services offered by the company

Requirements

* Previous client facing work experience working in a professional corporate environment
* Customer service orientated
* Excellent presentation and communication
* Strong administration skills
* Ability to build strong customer relationships
* Passionate about making a difference
