Client Manager/Agent

Job description / Role

Sales and/or Leasing Client Manager Position and duties include but not limited to:
* Providing excellent customer service delivery
* Attending viewing appointments
* Negotiations of sales/leasing contracts
* Enhance the company's reputation for excellence through professional conduct at all times.
* To develop relationships with developers and owners to update, increase and maintain the property database.
* Source and provide information including marketing literature and property listings
* To complete all relevant paperwork, keeping files organized and accessible and to comply with office administration procedures regarding paperwork and quality assurance.
* Contribute to video and social media marketing supported by the company
* Manage time effectively to ensure that all duties are performed satisfactorily
