Job description / Role
Senior Client Relations Coordinator works closely with firm lawyers, leadership, and Client Relations to develop outstanding presentations, pitches, and responses to Requests for Proposals and on BD and marketing initiatives in the Middle East and Asia regions. The Senior CR Coordinator supports BD across industry sectors: energy, TMT, financial services, real estate, construction, and more.

Description
* Lead the proposal process: analyse requests, participate in go / no-go decisions, set proposal schedule, draft and amend proposal documents
* Write and edit copy for capability statements, case studies and bios, plus occasionally other collateral such as client communications
* Initiate, manage and deliver client entertainment/business development events including client CLEs/seminars, industry/conference sponsorships and various sporting, arts, and theatre events
* Post event follow up with event attendees and report on event ROI
* Work on regional submissions to international surveys and publications
* Promote best practice and use of proposal and experience systems
* Prepare, maintain, and track proposal records and provide post-pitch analysis
* Maintain and develop new content for the firm's proposal generator system
* Capture and track new experience
* Collaborate on cross-office CR projects

Requirements
Candidates who apply must meet all of the below criteria
* 4 - 6 years' experience in proposal writing, bidding, handling RFP's and tenders in the legal industry
* Currently working within a local or international law firm based in the UAE
