Our client is delivers a wide variety of sports programmes including after school activities and holiday camps.
They are hiring for a Client Relations Coordinator to join their team in Dubai, UAE. This candidate will be reporting directly to the Client Relations Manager and be will be assigned to supervise a specific location and takes ownership of all client-relation and operational aspects within this location. The Client Relations Coordinator serves as a liaison between the company and its customers on a business to client (B2C) basis, meaning the CRC interacts directly with parents ensuring all questions and concerns are addressed in a professional and timely manner. The candidate will be responsible of developing relationships, account management and renewals.
Requirements
The applicant requires 3-5 years Customer Service/Sales based experience. They are looking for someone approachable, friendly and organised who has experience in networking and account management. A candidate with a passion for football and sports would be preferable.
The salary will be AED11,000 + Benefits.
