Job description / Role
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to oversee and strengthen relationships with our key clients. The role involves managing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities to grow the business. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of client service, and the ability to coordinate internally to meet client needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
• Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in client service, sales, or account management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Salary:
AED
15,000 to 18,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
