About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service & Survey Officer to join our team operating in the IT and Oil & Gas sector. The role focuses on strengthening client relationships, monitoring service quality, and conducting satisfaction surveys to support continuous improvement of our service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as a primary point of contact for client service inquiries and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal technical and operational teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests
• Design, conduct, and analyze client satisfaction surveys
• Track and document feedback, complaints, and service performance metrics
• Prepare periodic reports on client satisfaction and service quality trends
• Support client onboarding and ongoing engagement activities
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and service processes
• Maintain accurate client records and communication logs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in client service, customer support, or a similar role (experience in IT or Oil & Gas is an advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with surveys, data collection, or client feedback analysis is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
• Professional attitude and strong customer-focused mindset
