Client Service Director - Lovin Dubai
Overview
The role of Client Service Director - Lovin Dubai, would be responsible for managing the Client Service team, including campaign delivery and business delivery. Lovin Dubai is part of Augustus Media, a fast-growing digital media company based in Dubai and Riyadh.
Client Service
• Supporting Managing Director and leading
• Responding to briefs and create relevant client proposals
• Attending client meetings and managing client relationships
• Managing status and WIP documents
• Being proactive to find solutions to client questions
• Supporting on branded community events
People management:
• Manage clients and team of managers / executives
• Manage 3rd parties (production companies)
• Manage freelancers
Commercial Management:
• Contribute to the creative and ideas part of the business
• Oversee commercial offer, Media kits, Rate Cards.
• Manage process around content creation including software licenses Managing the creation of content for social channels
• Responsible for brand partnership and ensuring the right channels and content are engaged to suit them
• Driving Data driven decision across the business
• Lovin Dubai marketing to fall under this role remit.
Salary:
AED
25,000 to 35,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

• 5-7 years work experience
• Agency/Media company experience
• Digital media background and content management
• Managerial experience
