Client Servicing Executive (UAE National)

Job description / Role

Creative Zone Group is expanding and we have an exciting opportunity for a UAE National to join us as a Client Servicing Executive at one of our newest entities in Dubai. This promises to be a fast paced and varied role where you will be processing business formation applications and transactions; whilst ensuring adherence to procedures. It is essential that you have previous Free Zone Operations experience and be UAE national to be considered for this role.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Preparing and finalizing business formation documents for the license process.
· Preparing and maintaining application documents.
· Generating monthly/weekly reports for the operations department.
· Preparing Company Stamps.
· NOC/Letters Processing.
· Document attestation

Requirements

To join our team you will have:

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent is desirable.
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within Free Zone Operations is essential.
· Previous experience in a similar Client Servicing role is essential
· Fluency in Arabic and English
· Outstanding communication skills both written and spoken
· Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
· UAE National Citizenship
