Client Details
Our client is a global fintech, holding broker-dealer and capital markets service provider.

Description
* Develop and maintain relationships with external counterparties (including brokers, banks, and custodians) and act as a point of contact and escalation.
* Interact with the trading desk and the Relationship Managers to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
* Interface with Middle Office, Operations, Compliance and Technology for BAU processing escalation and support.
* Implement improvement projects to the systems/processes/internal controls for new and existing market /products and technology enhancements.
* Conduct periodic reviews of commissions generated against pricing sheets.
* Handling Internal Audit and regulatory queries as they relate to Client Services
* Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, SOPs, Service Level Agreements, and Business Continuity Plans for Client Services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

* 5+ years in client-facing roles in the financial services industry, with experience in dealing with clients directly.
* Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle and client onboarding.
* Experience with financial products across asset classes.
* Experience in handling audits and adhering to internal control frameworks.
* Proficient in Excel; basic IT/system project knowledge is a plus.
* Strong team player, with proven ability to collaborate across internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a professional and approachable tone.
* Ability to deliver results under pressure.
