Description
* Manage and nurture client relationships by addressing queries and concerns effectively.
* Provide comprehensive client support to ensure a seamless banking experience.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
* Assist in the preparation of client reports and presentations.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
* Analyse client feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
* Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Job Offer
* Competitive monthly salary ranging from AED 22,500 to AED 27,500.

Requirements:
A successful Client Servicing professional should have:
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, business administration, or a related discipline.
* Strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly banking and financial services.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools used within the banking sector.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
* Fluency in Arabic and English.
* A commitment to providing exceptional client service.
