About the role: The client solutions manager - gaming is an expert in TikTok's performance and branding auction advertisement products for key clients in the gaming industry. Client solutions manager proposes full-funnel advertisement solutions to prospective clients in the pre-sales stage and is responsible for campaign operation and optimisation of auction advertisement products in the post-sales stage. The roles and responsibilities also include educating new or additional TikTok ad products and adopting new features to seek opportunities in upselling to existing clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with mobile gaming advertisers of all sizes
  • Support and work with the sales team on pre-sale research and pitch with a greater focus on relevant product solutions and advertising strategy
  • Create and optimize client ad strategies by using a wide range of TikTok for Business product solutions, including organic solutions, branding, brand performance and performance products
  • Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and at the same time, use those insights to improve our advertising offerings
  • Monitor and analyze ad campaigns on a daily basis to proactively take initiative to improve results
  • Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team
  • Focus on solution expertise growth within the organization. Assist with asset and data collection for various business needs such as business cases, case studies, and quarterly business review
  • Cooperate with multiple internal teams to set up clients' campaigns for success, including but not limited to product team, marketing team, engineering team, ad policy team, creative team, ad operation team
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign, provide market feedback, and support TikTok for Business product development
  • Work closely with the creative team to provide gaming clients with creative solutions support including creative insights and creative strategies
  • Cooperate with the ad policy team to ensure the clients and CSM team are kept up to date on any policy changes and get all support needed
  • Cooperate with the ad operation team to ensure a smooth and successful campaign execution, and ensure ad specifications and rates are accurate
  • Cooperate with the organic team to help clients do a better organic presence on a platform that complements the advertising strategy
  • Qualifications

    Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience in account management and client services roles in digital marketing; agency experience is a big plus
  • Proven experience in performance-based campaign management in in-house marketing, digital agencies, platforms or media side
  • Experience in optimization, tracking, attribution, measurement, and using major tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.
  • Data-driven approach. Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance
  • Opportunity-oriented mindset to upsell revenue from existing gaming clients
  • Deep understanding of the digital landscape, the mobile gaming industry, and a passion for social media
  • Preferred qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational skills
  • Due to the markets, industry, and client portfolio this role supports, strong verbal and written English skills are required, with Russian language proficiency considered a valuable asset
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
