Responsibilities
- Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with advertisers of all sizes.
- Coordinate with ad ops, product, and R&D teams internally to ensure smooth and successful campaign execution.
- Work with internal teams to guide inventory allocation.
- Monitor and analyze ad campaigns, proactively taking initiative to improve results.
- Investigate and work directly with product and engineering teams to help troubleshoot client issues during a campaign.
- Proficient in campaign management, setting up, and optimization. Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and use those insights to improve our advertising offerings.
- Share marketplace feedback and guide our advertising strategy.
- Support and work with the sales team on pre-sale research and pitching.
- Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 5 years in client-facing roles, with a strong background in digital marketing, account management, or sales, preferably with beauty, CPG, or luxury industry clients.
- Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Client-Centric Approach: A natural communicator and relationship builder, committed to delivering solutions that foster client satisfaction and long-term business growth.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a keen ability to align marketing strategies with client goals.
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, tech landscape, and emerging trends, particularly in the CPG industry (with a strong focus on the beauty sector).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, solutions, or account management roles within social media advertising platforms (TikTok or similar).
- Strong experience with both branding and performance media strategies, including measurement techniques and optimization approaches.
- Flexibility to travel in the region for client meetings, events, or other business needs.
