Job description / Role
We are currently looking for a Clienteling Manager for a Multinational Luxury Brand in Dubai, UAE.
* Maintain communication with all the VIC
* Handling the store events such as in store launches and special events
* Building relationships with customers to increase the number of portfolios
* Developing relationships with VIP clients and maintaining their loyalty
* Identify potential clients to the store and increase awareness of products and new launches
* Train the team on clienteling methods
* Accompany VICs to events happening abroad.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a VIP customer relationship management
* Experience in Watches & Jewellery or Fashion sectors is a must
* Candidate must have a Bachelors degree or an equivalent qualification
* Experience in clienteling and communication with VIP/VIC clients
* Dynamic personality and excellent communication skills
* Candidate must speak English fluently (Arabic/ French would be a plus)
