Job description / Role

We are looking for an experienced Clinic Operations Manager for an exclusive, luxury Aesthetics clinic in Dubai

Your role will be to oversee the day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring that the clinic runs smoothly, and that standards remain high. You will drive sales and motivate staff to ensure that clinic targets are met.

You will manage a small team, clinical and non-clinical, to ensure that treatments provided are of an excellent standard, and that customers receive an exceptional level of customer service.

You will also produce management reports, deal with clinic suppliers and external agencies, ensure that client records are accurate and up-to-date, and manage customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

You must have experience of managing a private clinic or have comparable experience gained from a similar high-end environment, and be able to demonstrate that you have successfully managed a team of staff, and business performance and operations.

You must be a confident and proactive individual who can bring a high level of expertise to the team.

Ideally you must be a graduate with a good eye for numbers and finance.

As you will work as part of a patient-facing team in an exclusive environment, it is also essential that you are immaculately presented and are an excellent communicator.
