About the Client:

A leading multi-specialty healthcare clinic offering dermatology, plastic surgery, dental, and orthodontic services in UAE.

Job Description:

• Support budget planning, revenue growth, inventory control and loss prevention, ensuring smooth daily operations in coordination with the Spa Manager and relevant departments.
• Lead staff meetings, uphold policies and SOPs, schedule effectively for optimal performance, and foster professional relationships among staff, clients, and suppliers.
• Monitor satisfaction through feedback tools, maintain a welcoming environment, address complaints professionally, and implement programs to drive repeat business.
• Ensure adherence to established procedures, maintain equipment, and enforce opening/closing protocols, while aligning with company policies and safety standards.

• Open to Female, Arabic speakers of ages 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of clinic management experience, preferably in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or wellness centers with a proven leadership, team management and customer service skills with a strong sales orientation.
• Proficiency in clinic management software and knowledge of aesthetic treatment protocols.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 14,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
