Ideal candidate

The client needs to start the operations of a large clinical group and is looking for several positions to fill both permanent and temporary roles.

Positions

1) Clinical Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the clinical team at a flagship residential addiction treatment and recovery facility in the UAE. This role ensures that clinical operations are compliant with regulatory standards aligned with international substance abuse management and patient care accreditation frameworks (including CARF and JCI) and governed by robust clinical policies and governance structures.

2) IT Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of all technology systems supporting a flagship residential addiction treatment and recovery facility in the UAE. The facility is built on a recovery-focused non-institutional model of care that delivers clinically excellent trauma-informed treatment in a therapeutic and hospitality-integrated environment.

3) Director of Operations oversees the operations within a flagship recovery facility in the UAE offering integrated trauma-informed addiction treatment in a structured yet non-institutional setting. The program combines medical, psychological, and lifestyle elements to support long-term recovery with dignity and cultural sensitivity.

4) Techno Functional EMR Specialist has deep expertise in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems to support the facility’s technology needs. The role focuses on implementation, optimization, and evaluation of EMR platforms such as Cerner, TrakCare, or equivalent solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in system selection processes, vendor evaluation, and implementation ensuring that our EMR infrastructure aligns with organizational goals for clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance.

Required qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, nursing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 15 years of experience in the field, preferably in clinic units or groups. Strong demonstrated leadership ability with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Background in healthcare operations or clinical informatics. Experience working in a greenfield or major expansion project preferred. Available in GCC quite immediately.

Immediate need. The candidate needs to give availability within 15-20 days after engagement confirmation letter.

Period of engagement

6 months with potential to convert into a full-time role; we also consider permanent qualified profiles.
