Description
The Clinical Product Specialist is responsible for delivering comprehensive training and support to healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of medical devices. Working closely with the sales and key account teams, the role supports product evaluations, addresses technical inquiries, and provides continuous education for users of the company's medical solutions. This field-based position demands excellent planning, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
* Partner with sales and account managers to deliver timely, high-quality training on medical products.
* Establish and maintain strong, value-driven relationships with healthcare professionals to position the company as a trusted partner.
* Identify and support partnership opportunities such as educational initiatives and training programs.
* Deliver hands-on training and clinical education to healthcare providers, ensuring confident and safe device usage.
* Organize and lead workshops, demonstrations, and seminars to highlight the effective application of medical devices.
* Provide remote and on-site technical assistance, ensuring smooth device operation and resolving issues as needed.
* Gather insights from healthcare providers to tailor solutions and improve integration of devices into clinical workflows.
* Maintain detailed records of training, support, and evaluations; prepare reports for regulatory and compliance purposes.
* Ensure thorough product knowledge and remain up to date on relevant medical and technological advancements.
* Fulfill administrative duties in line with company policies, and attend required meetings and training sessions.
* Contribute to achieving sales targets and report any device-related adverse events following regulatory protocols.
* Promote compliance with quality standards and support continuous improvement in product use and safety practices.

Requirements:
The successfull candidate for this role would be:
* Bachelor's degree in a health care-related field such as nursing or biomedical engineering. A nursing qualification is a plus.
* Minimum 3+ years of relevant clinical experience, including providing training and assessments in healthcare environments
* Prior exposure to commercial settings is advantageous, though not mandatory for the right candidate.
* Willingness and ability to travel extensively
