Job description / Role
We are currently seeking qualified clinical Psychologist with expertise of working with Adults, couples, adolescents or children to join our team at Dubai Herbal & Treatment Center.
Reporting to: Medical Director
Main responsibilities:
- To assess and provide diagnosis of mental health conditions and disorders for adults and children based on the diagnostic criteria outlined by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders IV Edition.
- To make treatment plans and follow up care.
- To make referrals to the appropriate psychiatric or complementary medicine practitioner.
Duration: Full Time
Requirements
- Candidates must be a Degree Holder from Accredited, Educational Institution, College or University.
- Minimum of three years full-time experience as a licensed Psychologist,preferably including working experience in GCC.
- Specializes in adult individual or child therapy
- Fluent in English, good Arabic knowledge desirable
- DHA license is mandatory.
- Commitment to continuous medicine education.
- Ability to work in multi disciplinary team
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients,family,nurses and doctors
- Ability to project a positive and professional image of self,department and clinic.
