Job description / Role
Our client, a leading Psychology Center in Dubai, is currently looking for a Clinical Psychologist.
In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Identify psychological, emotional or behavioural issues
• Diagnose psychological, emotional or behavioural disorders
• Develop and implement treatment plans and therapeutic processes
• Help clients define goals and plan action to achieve personal, social, educational and vocational development and adjustment
• Monitor client progress through regular meetings or sessions
• Teach classes
• Conduct research
• Publish research findings in industry journals
Salary:
AED
18,000 to 22,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
• Bachelor degree in the field of psychology and Postgraduate full time Master’s degree (includes MSc, MA, M.Phil) of minimum two (2) years course duration from a psychology faculty or an educational faculty with focus on psychology provided that the bachelor degree is minimum four (4) years duration (preferably western educated)
• Relevant clinical practice in the UAE or outside UAE
• With valid DHA license or at least DHA eligibility
