Job description / Role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cloud Ambassador - Reception/Guest Relations Officer. This role will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service and representing our organization as the first point of contact for visitors and guests. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and innovative environment, promoting our cloud services and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide information about the organization's cloud services and assist in directing visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Manage the reception area, including answering and forwarding phone calls, taking messages, and handling inquiries.
- Ensure the reception area and guest facilities are kept clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experience and address any guest concerns or issues.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and appointments as needed.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while representing the organization and promoting a welcoming environment for all guests.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in using office equipment, including multi-line phone systems, printers, and scanners.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules as necessary.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or guest relations role is preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud services and technology is a plus.
