You will be responsible for strengthening IT operations, ensuring high service reliability, and embedding a culture of efficiency and accountability.

Client Details
A prominent, leading organization in the UAE focused on optimizing IT service delivery and infrastructure. They are seeking an experienced professional to enhance operational efficiency, governance, and accountability across their technology teams.

Description
• Ensure smooth and structured execution of IT operations, driving consistency and efficiency.
• Implement industry ITIL/ITSM and Cloud operational best practices to improve processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance service quality.
• Identify weak points in workflows and introduce sustainable improvements to streamline operations.
• Hold teams accountable for meeting deadlines, following processes, and maintaining high service standards.
• Oversee critical areas such as incident management, change control, and service continuity.
• Facilitate coordination between cloud, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Act as a key escalation point for operational roadblocks, ensuring issues are resolved swiftly.

• Minimum of 10 years of overall IT operations, cloud services, or IT service management experience working with international, recognised consulting/managed services firms or similar high pressure complex IT environments.
• Proven track record in ITIL, IT4IT, ITSM, and operational governance frameworks.
• Strong experience leading cloud, infrastructure, or large-scale IT service management functions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and effectively collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, IT governance, and operational frameworks to drive best practices with proven experience in enforcing these best practices in complex environments.
