Cloud Architect

Job description / Role

Client is a telecom operator based in UAE is searching for a Cloud Architect.

This role will be to carry out activities related to Cloud infrastructure capacity management.

The Cloud Architect will ensure that the system’s capacity perform with consistency, reliability and efficiency in compliance with the desired cloud architectural design, engineering standards, objectives, priorities, guidelines and procedures.

The role will report into the Director of Platform Architecture.

Requirements

• Be a full stack developer (virtualization + network + storage).
• Need IAAS and PAAS
• Need a very strong engineer background
• DC and cloud marketing intelligence knowledge
• Technical knowledge - virtualization, computing x86, storage, disaster recovery, networking and security
• Cloud design development experience
• Cloud capacity management
• Cloud operations - technical troubleshooting
• Cloud deployment service
• Cloud change management
