Position Title: Cloud Kitchen Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
• Responsible Ensure effective operation in; quality, speed and accuracy to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Manage kitchen controls such as; labor cost, inventory and stock management, scheduling, ordering on a daily basis
• Follow and enforce compliance to all restaurant safety and sanitation, security policies and procedures in line with the local municipality codes in the work place
• Maintain a cooperative and harmonious working relationship between management team and the kitchen staff
• Assist in continuing growth, training and development, retention, and engagement of employees inside the kitchen
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 40 years and below
• At least 3 years of experience in restaurant or cloud kitchen operations and culinary management
• Strong knowledge of food legislation, relevant codes of practice, quality standards, health and safety legislation
• Experience in at least 3 of the following cuisine: American, Arabic, Lebanese, Italian, Asian, Bakery
