We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Operating Expert to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure to ensure seamless operations, scalability, and security. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in cloud platforms and a passion for driving innovation in cloud operations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Monitor cloud environments and implement proactive measures to prevent service disruptions.
- Collaborate with development and IT teams to design and deploy scalable cloud solutions.
- Implement security best practices and compliance standards across cloud operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and manage costs effectively.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to cloud infrastructure and operational procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.
- Automate routine tasks and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

- A background in Cloud technology and experience with transforming and implementing cloud operating models for enterprise technology organizations
- Experience managing cloud maturity and capability assessments, leading the design and implementation of cloud governance and operational processes and developing transformation roadmaps.
- Experience designing Operating models and helping customer transition towards a Cloud First organization, processes and culture
- [Op model] Strong familiarity with platform and/or product team composition and operationalization
- [Op model] Knowledge of and experience in designing and building cloud operating model functional organizational components (e.g. Cloud Business Office, Cloud Security, Cloud Operations, Data, Analytics & AI, Product Management and Engineering)
