Job Description

- Revenue Maximization by ensuring that effective controls are in placed to detect and prevent the revenue leakage.
- Ensures accuracy and completeness of hotel revenue in the books while performing daily operating controls and proper execution of internal protocols and standards across all departments of the hotel.
- Responsible for accurate reporting of hotel costs and analysis whenever required.
- Audit revenues from Rooms, F&B and other revenue generating area of the hotel.
- Revenue verifications, adjustments and report preparation.
- Update Income Journal Voucher and statistical information in the Accounting System.
- Time and attendance verification and resolving discrepancies relating to heartist's payroll.
- Maintain and update record of deduction and earnings of heartists.

- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Previous relevant work experience is a must
- Knowledge of PMS and POS systems
- Revenue analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of payroll process and UAE Labour Law
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in hospitality.
- A university degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management
