Cluster Manager - F&B

At Quest Search and Selection, we are recruiting a "Cluster Manager - F &B " to join a leading private aviation and flight-support company based in Dubai.

Responsibilities of this role:

•This leadership role is responsible for managing the food and beverage operations across multiple VIP airport lounges (FBOs), ensuring world-class dining experiences that align with luxury aviation standards.
•This role oversees all aspects of F&B delivery from menu planning and supplier management to service execution and team training ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation across locations.
•You will work closely with hospitality, procurement, and culinary teams to curate elevated culinary experiences for VIP travelers, managing day-to-day operations, budgets, compliance, and guest feedback.
•You play a key role in upholding brand reputation by ensuring all dining touchpoints reflect excellence, discretion, and international service standards.

•They are looking for someone who has implemented customised meals in airport longues.
•Highly creative and top end experience revamping food and drinks.
•Experience in high-tea is preferable.
