Summary
The Cluster Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing activities for Hyatt Place Dubai Hotels and Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai. This role involves planning and executing strategic marketing initiatives, managing brand positioning, and driving revenue through targeted campaigns. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure brand consistency and market growth while maintaining Hyatt's core values.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement marketing plans that align with the business goals of both Hyatt Place Dubai and Hyatt Centric Jumeirah.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with Hyatt's global brand standards.
- Develop creative content and promotional materials tailored to target audiences.
- Develop and analyze digital campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI and customer acquisition.
- Design and execute campaigns to drive room bookings, F&B revenue, and other hotel services.
- Track campaign performance and adjust strategies based on KPIs
- Foster relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
- Plan and execute press releases, media events, and other PR activities.
- Work closely with the sales, revenue management, and operations teams to create integrated strategies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior marketing staff or external agencies.
Requirements:
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CMS, CRM platforms).
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Understanding of Dubai's tourism and hospitality market.
- Experience in managing multi-property or cluster marketing roles.
- Familiarity with Hyatt's brand standards and marketing tools.
About the Company
Hyatt was founded by Jay Pritzker in 1957 when he purchased the Hyatt House motel adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport. Over the following decade, Jay Pritzker and his brother, Donald Pritzker, working together with other Pritzker family business interests, grew the company into a North American management and hotel ownership company, which became a public company in 1962. In 1968, Hyatt International was formed and subsequently became a separate public company. Hyatt Corporation and Hyatt International Corporation were taken private by the Pritzker family business interests in 1979 and 1982, respectively. On December 31, 2004, substantially all of the hospitality assets owned by Pritzker family business interests, including Hyatt Corporation and Hyatt International Corporation, were consolidated under a single entity, now Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
