CMMS Engineer

Job description / Role

- Collection of Bill of Materials from E-SPIR & cross sectional drawing.
- Responsible for uploading of Bill of Materials(BOM) in SAP System.
- Preparation of RBI Data for loading in SAP System.
- Responsible for ensuring the quality review process for data entered into the CMMS.
- Serve as a focal point for resolving questions/input from Operations, Maintenance & commercial personnel.
- Ensure development and maintenance of documentation meets internal standards.

Requirements

- Graduate of any Engineering Degree
- Have done/involved in doing project(s) with leading in Oil & Gas companies using Maximo Software
- Knowledge of Plant Asset Management and performing critical analysis
- Experienced in preparing reports, maintenance plan and material list
- Can work under pressure without compromising result
- Proficient in designing and executing improvement plans
- Analytical
- With strong knowledge in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software
- Able to translate documents into BOM and familiar with the documentation process
- Good communication and reporting skills are essential
