Job description / Role
Position Title: CNC Machinist
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6.5K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and transportation
Job location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
The hiring company is an engineering company expert in surface coating and precision machining.
Job Role:
• Machining exotic and oilfield materials e.g. 4330, 4145, 625,718, Super Duplex using FANUC 32i control
• Able to understand complex engineering drawings
• Able to set complex jobs in a timely manner and able to modify existing programs
• Create simple programs from scratch in a timely manner
• Use measuring equipment and basic CMM
• Implement minor and suggest major tooling changes
• Assist and instruct others and Loading varying size components into the machines competently
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to Indian nationals
• Male, 25 to 40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any relevant certificate
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in the same role
• Conversant using and reading measuring equipment, Micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges etc.
• Experience of working with technical engineering drawings in a precision machine shop
• Experience of working to fine tolerances up to 0.01mm and with a wide range of engineering materials including carbon and stainless steels, aluminum etc.
• Operate a Centre lathe (both CNC and conventional)
• Fanuc controls trained would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
